Unloosening self: A complete pleasure package
Birthday of one really close person today. Been to a party to celebrate the occasion. Really enjoyed the girl-girl chats for the entire 2 or more hours there. Forgot what it meant to be chatting absolute nonsense in a group you belong. In college or school or in the company of cousins half-cracked as you are! Realized again enjoyment happens when you are totally and completely unaware or unbothered about what you say or reveal or how you behave. Ok being a restaurant I couldnt exactly do high jumps or sing “The Vengabus is comin”.
But then today I found a total absence of the brain cells that shout be-conscious. The minute I entered the packed elevator and the elevator refused to close, I announced proudly its because its overloaded (Exact words :Weight koodeeta). Forgetting there are a bunch of total strangers there, who werent exactly enthralled by this particular piece of information. Then an older guy explained something about the lift. He was actually saying the switch “1″ to reach first floor wasnt working. I, busy with my weight examination theories missed the whole point, excited that the lift took us up in spite of piling up all that human luggage. Good guy, the lift. So when I discovered this “1″ factor, everyone had already been enlightened about it. Nevertheless I was on an information-leak spree and information came as “Uh 1 uh 1″. I am sure I witnessed some passengers look at my companions (which comprised of a Grandma and a cousin) and shake head, faces dipped in sympathy. Hmm!
My free-expressions had earned me more memorable events - When I said thank you at the end of items ordered (went like this: 2 of this, 2 of that and thank you!), when I chose the road outside the hotel to pose for cousin’s camera and was at my best funny-face expressions, when I ran around taking videos of the whole gang.
Oh well it was a great day, a great person’s great birthday and it felt just right to feel so good and completely goofy! ![]()

My first comment here though I’ve been here lots of times before.
Unwinding once in a while is good. One question:
“Were you drunk or what?”
Nice read and great language. Expect more comments from this humble blogger.
